NSW: Man tells of narrow escape from shark
A 35-year-old man who fought a shark with his bare hands in Sydney's Parramatta Riverhas spoken about his narrow escape.
PAUL MCNAMARA from Ermington, in Sydney's west, was paddling near the Cabarita Marinaat about 7.15pm (AEDT) yesterday when a shark knocked him off his kayak and into the river.
