On Monday, a jury heard secretly recorded conversations of JamesNicholas pledging his love and loyalty to reputed mob boss RoccoInfelise one day before Nicholas began a jail stint for refusing totestify before a grand jury that was investigating Infelise.
"You know I love you and you don't have to worry about nothing,"Nicholas told Infelise on the tape. "You know how I feel and Ialways feel that way."
